These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Dosie ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Dosie is a personal tracking tool that helps you log GLP-1 medication injections, doses, injection sites, schedules, weight, and related notes. It is intended to help you stay organized. It is not a medical device.
Dosie does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any estimates, reminders, charts, or projections shown in the app are for informational and organizational purposes only and may be inaccurate. They must not be relied on as a basis for medical decisions. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding your medication, dosing, and any symptoms or side effects. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you saw in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for following the instructions provided by your prescriber and the medication's labeling. Dosie does not verify your entries, prescribe medication, or replace the directions of your clinician or pharmacist. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.
Some features of Dosie may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are managed by RevenueCat on our behalf. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, and your account is charged for renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app store account settings. Except where required by law or the app store's policies, fees are non-refundable. Prices and available plans may change; any change applies to future billing periods.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the app except as permitted by law.
The app relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase (Remote Config, Analytics, and Crashlytics), RevenueCat, and your app store. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data, estimate, or reminder it produces is accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcomes, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
